All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

During peak times or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 14–21 business days, regardless of your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier efficiency, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We advise checking with your local customs authority for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, please:

Contact your local postal carrier.

Then reach out to us at chicladyearrings@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist.

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. If your region is not supported at checkout, feel free to contact us for help.
